Terms of sale (extract)

• Booking confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total stay.
• Balance payable on arrival: bank card, American Express, cheque, bank transfer or French ANCV holiday vouchers.
• Discounts by length of stay (2 nights: −15% · 3-4 nights: −20% · 5-6 nights: −25% · 7 nights and more: −30% · 14 nights and more: −35%), applied automatically.
• Tourist tax: €2.75 per adult per night, not included.
• Security deposit payable on arrival (from €200 to €1,000 depending on the gîte, including a cleaning deposit).
• Arrival between 4pm and 6pm (until 10pm on request) · departure by 10am at the latest, accommodation left clean and tidy.
• Early arrival (from noon) or late departure (until noon): €5 per person per hour, subject to availability.
• Pets not accepted · loud parties strictly forbidden · noise limited between 10pm and 8am.
• The estate is equipped with outdoor video surveillance and sound detectors.
