Frequently asked questions
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival between 4pm and 6pm (until 10pm on request) with a personal welcome — no key box. Departure by 10am at the latest, accommodation left clean and tidy. Early arrival from noon or late departure until noon possible at €5 per person per hour, subject to availability.
Is the pool really open all year round?
Yes. The indoor heated pool is open from 11am to 10pm all year round, even in winter. The traditional sauna, available as an option on the pool terrace, also runs all year round.
How do the length-of-stay discounts work?
They are automatic: −15% from 2 nights, −20% for 3-4 nights, −25% for 5-6 nights, −30% from 7 nights and −35% from 14 nights.
How much is the deposit and how do I pay?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking (bank card via Stripe or PayPal). The balance is paid on arrival: card, American Express, cheque, bank transfer or French ANCV holiday vouchers.
Are pets allowed?
No. A small dog already lives on the property; guests’ pets are not accepted.
Do children pay?
The stay is free for children under 2 (not counted in the capacity). Baby equipment available on request.
