Frequently asked questions
What are the arrival and departure times?
Self check-in from 5pm, with a key box. Departure by 10am at the latest, accommodation left clean and tidy. Early arrival from noon or late departure until noon possible at €5 per person per hour, subject to availability.
Is the pool really open all year round?
Yes. The indoor heated pool is open from 8am to 8pm all year round, even in winter. The traditional sauna, on the pool terrace, is included upon booking a time slot, all year round too.
How do the length-of-stay discounts work?
They are automatic: −15% from 2 nights, −20% for 3-4 nights, −25% for 5-6 nights, −30% from 7 nights and −35% from 14 nights.
How much is the deposit and how do I pay?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking, paid by bank card (secure Stripe payment). The balance is due 15 days before arrival, by bank card; for a booking made less than 15 days before arrival, the full stay is paid at booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit is refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, or up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, the deposit is retained; less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit and the balance are retained. In the event of death, illness or serious accident, on supporting evidence, you receive a credit note for the amount of the deposit. The details are in our terms of sale.
Are pets allowed?
No. A small dog already lives on the property; guests’ pets are not accepted.
Do children pay?
The stay is free for children under 2 (not counted in the capacity). Baby equipment available on request.
