Terms of sale (extract)

• Booking confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total stay.
• Balance payable on arrival: bank card, American Express, cheque, bank transfer or French ANCV holiday vouchers.
• Discounts by length of stay (2 nights: −15% · 3-4 nights: −20% · 5-6 nights: −25% · 7 nights and more: −30% · 14 nights and more: −35%), applied automatically.
• Tourist tax: €2.75 per adult per night, not included.
• Security deposit requested at booking, by bank card pre-authorisation, not cashed (from €200 to €600 depending on the gîte, including a cleaning deposit).
• Self check-in from 5pm, with a key box · departure by 10am at the latest, accommodation left clean and tidy.
• Early arrival (from noon) or late departure (until noon): €5 per person per hour, subject to availability.
• Pets not accepted · loud parties strictly forbidden · noise limited between 10pm and 8am.
• The estate is equipped with outdoor video surveillance and sound detectors.

Information sent through our forms is only used to process your contact or booking request. It is neither shared nor sold to third parties. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data upon simple request to contact@auxportesdelabaie.fr.

This website only uses audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) after your explicit consent through the dedicated banner. Without consent, no measurement cookie is set. You can withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser. A single technical cookie, without any identifier and deleted when the browser closes, remembers the language of your visit so that you return to the right thank-you page after a booking; it requires no consent.
