Yes. The indoor heated pool, shared by the five cottages, is open from 8am to 8pm all year round, even in winter, at 28 °C. A traditional sauna on the pool terrace is included upon booking a time slot, all year round too.

Yes: Wi-Fi, private parking, bed and bath linen, water and electricity are included in the price of the stay.

Five cottages: Le Chalet for 2 guests, Le J1 and Le J2 for 2 to 6, Le Saloon for 4 to 6 and Le Familial for 6 to 10. Together they sleep up to 30 guests on one estate, each party with its own private cottage.

Yes. The five cottages can be rented together for a reception, a family celebration or a seminar of up to 30 people; Le Familial, with its large table for 12, becomes the shared living space, and a meeting room with projector is available for seminars.

No. A small dog already lives on the property; guests’ pets are not accepted.

Self check-in from 5pm, with a key box. Check-out by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out possible at €5 per person per hour, subject to availability.

Directly on this website, at the best price and without commission. A 30% deposit confirms the booking, paid by bank card (secure Stripe payment); the balance is due 15 days before arrival, by bank card. For a booking made less than 15 days before arrival, the full stay is paid at booking.

Your deposit is refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, or up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, the deposit is retained; less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit and the balance are retained. In the event of death, illness or serious accident, on supporting evidence, you receive a credit note for the amount of the deposit. The details are in our terms of sale.

They apply automatically: −15% from 2 nights, −20% for 3 to 4 nights, −25% for 5 to 6 nights, −30% from 7 nights and −35% from 14 nights. Tourist tax is €2.75 per adult per night.

Check-in is self-service, from 5pm: your keys are waiting for you in a key box, whose code is in your digital welcome booklet, and the booklet guides you as you settle in. Our team remains reachable if needed. The security deposit is taken the day before your arrival, as a card hold (bank card pre-authorisation, not cashed).

Yes, subject to availability: check-in from 12pm or check-out until 12pm, at €5 per person per hour. The option must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before the stay, so that we can organise the cleaning, and it is not possible when the gîte is let the day before or the day after.

Leave the accommodation clean and tidy by 10am at the latest: dishes washed and put away, bins emptied and waste sorted, beds stripped, bed linen gathered in the bags provided and left in the living room, towels hung on the drying rack. The details are in your gîte’s welcome booklet. If the end-of-stay cleaning is not done, your gîte’s cleaning deposit is retained.

No: all five gîtes are non-smoking, and so is the pool area.

Yes, outdoors, with smoke and noise detectors. The five gîtes share the garden and the pool: the pool closes at 8pm, quiet is required from 10pm to 8am, and noisy parties are forbidden.

Yes: high chair, travel cot and baby bath, subject to availability. Ask for them when you book and we will set them up in the accommodation before you arrive. Children under 2 stay free.

Not all in the same way. In Le J1 and Le J2, the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom, the shower room and the WC are on the ground floor; the mezzanine is reached by a staircase. In Le Saloon and Le Familial, all the bedrooms are upstairs. Le Chalet is on the 1st floor, above its parking space. If you have a particular mobility difficulty, call us before booking: we will tell you honestly whether the accommodation is suitable.

Yes: a shared laundry room, on the way to the pool, with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Two laundry capsules are provided.

Charcoal for the barbecue, your own towels for the pool and the sauna, and any supplies beyond the welcome kit. Bed linen and towels are provided, the beds are made up for your arrival, and a welcome kit awaits you: shower gel and shampoo, cleaning products, 2 laundry capsules, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, with a tray of local products.

No: the sauna is included in your stay, upon booking a time slot with our team. It takes up to 6 people seated or 3 lying down, and closes at 8pm, like the pool. Please bring your own towels.
