The estate is inland, south of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. The nearest bay beaches, on the Breton side (Saint-Broladre, Cherrueix), are about 20 to 25 km away, a 30 to 40 minute drive; the beaches of Genêts and Bec d’Andaine, on the Normandy side, about 40 km, 40 minutes; Granville and its beaches 45 minutes.

In Normandy, in the Manche department, a few kilometres from the Couesnon river that marks the border with Brittany: Saint-Malo, Cancale and Dinan are day trips.

Yes. The indoor heated pool, shared by the five cottages, is open from 11am to 10pm all year round, even in winter, at 28 °C. A traditional sauna on the pool terrace, available as an option, also runs all year.

Five cottages: Le Chalet for 2 guests, Le J1 and Le J2 for 2 to 6, Le Saloon for 4 to 6 and Le Familial for 6 to 10. Together they sleep up to 30 guests on one estate, each party with its own private cottage.

Yes. The five cottages can be rented together for a reception, a family celebration or a seminar of up to 30 people; Le Familial, with its large table for 12, becomes the shared living space, and a meeting room with projector is available for seminars.

No. A small dog already lives on the property; guests’ pets are not accepted.

Check-in between 4pm and 6pm (until 10pm on request), with a personal welcome — no key box. Check-out by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out possible at €5 per person per hour, subject to availability.

Directly on this website, at the best price and without commission. A 30% deposit confirms the booking (card via Stripe or PayPal); the balance is paid on arrival by card, American Express, cheque, bank transfer or French ANCV holiday vouchers.
